The State of the Center City is an annual publication released by Charlotte Center City Partners. The book presents a comprehensive data set focused on the city’s central activity district, providing research-driven insights on current and planned developments.

We have designed the publication since 2021. Each year focuses on a new theme that carries through the organizations goals and ambitions for the city and is reflected throughout the book.
